Description
Rosendin is hiring a BIM Manager to oversee the management and production of building electrical BIM models, field and shop drawings, BIM content, and BIM coordination. The role manages modelers and coordinators, develops and coordinates electrical models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP, resolves multidisciplinary conflicts with Navisworks, produces coordination and shop drawings, and supports prefabrication takeoffs. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of relevant experience, strong electrical construction knowledge, proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, and effective project, communication, and teamwork skills. The position has 0% travel and pays $102,800 to $135,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
