Triumph Group of Companies is hiring a full-time BIM Manager, Glazing in the Greater Toronto Area to lead the drafting and detailing function for its glazing division. The role begins as a hands-on individual contributor producing and reviewing shop drawings, fabrication packages, and BIM/VDC models for curtain wall, storefront, and glazing projects, while establishing standards, templates, workflows, and family libraries. As the division grows, the manager will hire, train, and manage drafters and coordinate with estimating, project managers, and the shop floor. The position requires advanced Revit and BIM workflow experience, clash detection, AI-assisted automation, and 5 to 8 years of glazing, curtain wall, or fenestration drafting experience.
