Description
HDR is hiring a BIM Model Manager for its Building Engineering Services Group in downtown Chicago. The role manages project BIM environments and digital deliverables across disciplines, establishes model and document-management infrastructure, maintains Revit and other 3D design models, leads coordination and design-review meetings, monitors model health and quality, supports project teams, and manages digital deliverables through construction-document issuance, submittals, and closeout. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent relevant experience, at least five years of digital design/BIM element-authoring experience, strong 3D design and coordination software skills, knowledge of building-system disciplines and industry standards, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
