Description
HDR is hiring a BIM Model Manager for its Building Engineering Services Group in New Jersey. The role manages MEP Revit model setup and maintenance, creates BIM elements and discipline-specific documentation according to the BIM Execution Plan, coordinates designs across disciplines using 3D coordination processes, monitors model health and standards, supports client and contractor reviews, and mentors digital design staff. The position requires at least five years of related drafting or industry experience, advanced 3D design and coordination software skills, knowledge of BIM, MEP disciplines, engineering or architectural concepts, industry standards and codes, and strong communication and organizational skills.
