Description
The BIM Modeler handles construction projects from tendering through execution, designs and parametrizes 3D building models for BIM applications, and prepares model-based plans and quantity takeoffs. The role requires a civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification as a building technician or architectural draftsman, ideally professional BIM modeling experience, familiarity with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a structured, independent, goal-oriented working style.
