Rapp is hiring a BIM Modeler or Architect to develop construction plans, implement specification-compliant execution details, ensure compliance with construction regulations, review materials and plans, support tendering and submission processes, and prepare project reports and documentation. The role requires completed training as a building draftsman or technician, strong 3D/BIM and ArchiCAD knowledge, at least 15 years of professional experience in an architecture firm, knowledge of Swiss building practices, and German language skills.
