The BIM Modeler plans system routing, manages trade interfaces, maintains annotated coordination views and NWC exports, supports clash resolution, and coordinates technical direction between Leads and Modelers. The role requires 3–5 years of BIM coordination or related experience, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency with Revit and Navisworks. It offers advancement into Lead or Specialist positions.
