Description
The Ventilation Technology BIM Modeler translates ventilation system designs into accurate Revit and BIM 3D models for residential towers, hotels, sustainable new-build projects, and office complexes. The role coordinates with engineers, work planners, and clients; checks models and project information; and works on multiple projects while visiting construction sites when possible. It requires an MBO level 4 diploma, preferably in building services engineering, and experience as a BIM or Revit modeler in the building services industry. The position is full-time, pays approximately €3,200 to €4,300 gross per month, and is based across various locations within the Netherlands.
