Description
The MEP engineering company is hiring a BIM Modeler in the Hilversum region to translate technical designs into detailed 3D models of electrical and mechanical installations for hospitals, office buildings, and schools. The role involves Revit and/or MagiCAD modeling, BIM coordination, BEP management, as-built and revision drawings, and collaboration with engineers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Candidates need a completed MBO 4 or HBO qualification in a relevant field, at least three years of BIM modeler experience, and proficiency with Revit MEP, preferably MagiCAD or AutoCAD. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€5,000, hybrid work, and other benefits.
