Description
The employer is hiring an entry-level BIM Modeler in Utrecht to develop ventilation and building services designs into usable 3D models using Revit and related software. The role involves translating technical information into implementation-ready designs, processing model changes, checking for technical details and bottlenecks, and collaborating with engineers, work planners, and project teams. Candidates need an MBO- or HBO-level qualification in mechanical engineering or building services engineering, technical insight, accuracy, and interest in building systems; prior Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM experience is advantageous.
