Description
The Work Planner in Building Services Engineering coordinates technical and logistical preparation for multiple residential and non-residential construction projects. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring schedules, purchasing materials and services, checking technical drawings and BIM designs, preparing calculations and documentation, supporting project and installation managers, and preparing quotations. The role is entry-level, requires an MBO or HBO qualification in mechanical or building services engineering, and offers approximately €2,750 to €3,500 gross per month.
