Description
The BIM Modeler will create and maintain accurate Revit models for building services projects, including design, work, and construction drawings; coordinate technical installation data and model versions; resolve clashes and bottlenecks; and collaborate with engineers, work planners, project managers, and other disciplines. The role involves managing project schedules, working on multiple projects, and visiting project sites. Applicants need an MBO level 4 qualification in a relevant engineering or construction field, experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Dynamo, building services engineering knowledge, and proficiency in Dutch and English. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €5,000, along with vacation days, a pension plan, training budget, and flexible work options.
