Description
The BIM Modeler will convert drawings and pointcloud scans into Revit 3D models, create physically constructible models, perform clash coordination and coordination drawings, prepare RFIs, review project documents, and act as first-line quality control. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, proficiency with Revit and basic Navisworks knowledge, plan-reading ability, and at least two years of relevant BIM Modeler experience. The position is full-time, mid-level, and requires an ASAP start with willingness to work morning or night shifts.
