Description
The BIM Modeler will create Revit MEP models for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC building services systems, coordinate multidisciplinary projects, perform clash detection, prepare models for work preparation and on-site construction, and produce building services drawings and schedules. The role requires an MBO+/HBO qualification in a relevant engineering field, 2–4 years of BIM modeling experience, Revit MEP and BIM coordination software knowledge, and strong collaboration skills. It is based in Amstelveen, offers hybrid working, and pays €3,200–€4,500 gross per month.
