Description
BREMER is hiring a BIM Modeler / Building Technical Designer for its Building Physics and Building Certification department. The role interfaces with BIM development, MEP, architecture, and other departments; creates and transfers 3D building models using Hottgenroth, IDA-ICE, and Revit; prepares quantity take-offs for life-cycle assessments; and develops detailed drawings and overview plans. Candidates should have construction-drafter or civil-engineering training, CAD knowledge, and ideally Revit experience, with industrial-construction planning experience desirable. The position is newly created and is available in full-time or part-time arrangements.
