Description
The position delivers BIM services for HVAC, process, and plumbing building systems, creating and coordinating 2D/3D drawings and documentation with project teams using AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and related BIM software. Responsibilities include file and background management, markup coordination, quality checks against ACCO BIM standards, deliverable package preparation, and communication of design and constructability issues. An associate degree or technical certificate in engineering or technical drafting, or equivalent experience, is preferred, along with construction or building industry experience.
