Rosendin Electric is hiring a BIM Modeler III to lead and supervise BIM modeling and documentation for electrical construction projects. The role acts as a Model Manager, creates project-specific Revit families and models, coordinates with other trades and project teams, assigns work, checks drawings for accuracy, and ensures project deliverables meet deadlines. Candidates need an associate degree in computerized drafting or related education and at least five years of relevant experience, along with advanced Revit, BIM coordination, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Design Review, electrical drafting, 2D/3D design, scheduling, and team leadership skills. Travel may be up to 20%, and the position includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
