Description
Bosch is hiring a Shift Coordinator for its Lincolnton, North Carolina Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center. The role manages workforce coverage and scheduling during a specified shift, coordinates overtime and absence reporting, maintains qualification and BPS/6S standards, supports performance investigations, resolves shop-floor issues, and directs associates. The position requires strong communication, flexibility, general math and multitasking skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to stand for at least eight hours per day.
