Description
The role supports the continuous development of BIM processes for LIST’s construction companies and involves developing concept, design, and execution planning; creating and editing 3D models and 2D drawings; modeling within BIM; supporting bills of quantities, specifications, and quantity take-offs; and maintaining 2D and 3D databases. The profile requires completed training as a Technical System Planner or Technical Drafter, professional experience in building automation, HVAC, and instrumentation, and knowledge of DDScad is desirable.
