Ethos is hiring a BIM Technician to produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for data centre and energy infrastructure projects. The role focuses on MEP/M&E modelling, clash detection, model and drawing quality, BIM standards, stakeholder coordination, and model performance, while supporting the BIM Project Lead and Engineering teams. Candidates need experience in BIM delivery, large-scale projects, and leading or coordinating BIM teams, along with advanced Revit MEP, Navisworks, and ISO 19650 knowledge.
