BIM Technician at Walls Construction

The BIM Technician will support Building Information Modelling across tender, preconstruction, project delivery, and handover phases. The role involves developing and coordinating BIM models, supporting ISO 19650 processes, managing project information and deliverables, auditing models, supporting multi-disciplinary federation and clash detection with Navisworks, maintaining Common Data Environments, and contributing to BIM coordination meetings and execution plans. Candidates need at least two years of relevant digital construction experience, a relevant degree or qualification, Revit and Navisworks proficiency, and experience with a Common Data Environment.
