Description
The MEP BIM Engineer will prepare coordinated MEP 3D BIM models, perform clash detection and resolution, create parametric BIM families, support design and bid teams with 3D visualizations and 4D models, and prepare quantities for bills of quantities. The role requires strong English communication, computer literacy, Windows and database software knowledge, workload management, and at least five years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering. BIM MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks are essential software skills; a diploma or degree in electrical engineering is preferred, and the candidate must have a valid passport and be prepared for a three-month secondment to the United Kingdom.
