The role owns the BIM/VDC strategy and implementation for modular construction projects, coordinating engineering, fabrication, and site activities while managing overall models. Responsibilities include clash detection, model quality control, BIM integration with fabrication, scheduling, cost, and logistics, and supporting digital collaboration. Candidates need a degree in civil or mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification, several years of BIM/VDC experience, strong Revit knowledge, and C1-level German proficiency.
