Description
Binance is hiring for a 3–6 month Creative Operations Internship through its Accelerator Program. The intern will support capacity planning and resourcing, monitor creative pipelines, identify workload gaps, and use Asana reporting, dashboards, AI, and automation to improve forecasting and operational efficiency. The role also audits agency partners, supports onboarding and scope changes, and documents standardized resourcing protocols. Applicants must be current university students or recent graduates, be bilingual in English and Mandarin, and have strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
