Description
The Bindery Operator assists bindery operators by setting up and maintaining complex binding equipment, interpreting job orders, adjusting machines for paper size and thickness, monitoring tolerances, performing daily cleaning and lubrication, and training new and existing employees. The role requires knowledge of basic arithmetic, hand tools, paper handling, and automated bindery machines, and pays $15.45–$20.47 per hour with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other benefits.
