The Bindery Machine Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates auxiliary and automatic bindery machines, including perfect binders, folders, collators, cutters, stitchers, and other finishing equipment. The role inspects equipment for safety, coordinates multiple machine stations, directs production crews, and monitors quality, output, and productivity. Candidates must interpret bindery work orders, calculate clearances and fits, use standard and specialized tools, and understand paper stock and finishing operations. The stated hourly salary range is $20.66 to $27.50, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
