Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Bindery Operator 1 at its South Plant in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The role pays $22.00–$27.40 per hour, with a 7% increase for second and third shifts, and includes safety shoe and glasses reimbursements, tools, two weeks of vacation, and training. The operator will set up, adjust, and operate a single piece of bindery machinery; inspect equipment; monitor quality, output, and productivity; perform basic preventative maintenance; and assist the lead operator. The first shift is 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and the position requires the ability to lift 20–50 pounds, stand for the duration of the shift, perform basic math, and use a computer.
