The Bindery Production Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates auxiliary and automatic bindery machines, including folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, binding and gluing machines, and perfect binders. The role also inspects equipment, coordinates multiple workstations, monitors quality and productivity, directs crew, and trains employees.
