Lakeside Book is hiring a Bindery Operator 2 - BMO, also described as a Lead Bindery Operator, to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain auxiliary and automatic bindery machines that process printed sheets into books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines, and other finished products. The role also directs production crews, monitors quality and output, and coordinates multiple machine stations. Candidates need extensive knowledge of binding, folding, collating, cutting, paper properties, machine capabilities, and the use of bindery tools; the position requires occasional lifting of 20 to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10 to 25 pounds.
