The Bindery Production Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates auxiliary, adhesive, folding, collating, cutting, and binding machines; inspects equipment for safety; coordinates multiple machine stations; directs a production crew; and monitors quality, output, and productivity. The role requires knowledge of bindery equipment, paper characteristics, machine adjustments, tools, and production instructions, with a stated hourly pay range of $21.00 to $29.41 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
