Lakeside Book is hiring a Bindery Operator 3 to oversee book-finishing operations, operate and troubleshoot complex bindery machinery, maintain quality and safety standards, manage production workflows, and train junior operators. The role requires 3–5+ years of bindery experience, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
