Description
The Bindery Production Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates auxiliary and automatic adhesive binding machines; inspects equipment for safety; coordinates multiple machine stations; monitors quality, output, and productivity; directs production crew; and trains new and existing team members. The role requires knowledge of bindery equipment, paper characteristics, machine adjustments, and production instructions, and pays $25.00 per hour with potential overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
