Description
The Bindery Machine Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates auxiliary and automatic bindery machines, including perfect binders, folders, collators, cutters, stitchers, and other finishing equipment. The role inspects equipment, coordinates multiple workstations, directs production crews, monitors quality and output, and trains employees. Candidates must interpret bindery work orders, calculate clearances and fits, use standard and specialized tools, and understand paper stock and finishing requirements. The role pays $18.17–$27.80 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
