Description
Foresight Group is hiring a Bindery Operator for its Lansing location. The role operates and sets up bindery equipment such as saddle stitchers, folders, guillotine cutters, trimmer-stackers, padding machines, drills, shrink wrappers, and creasers/folders; maintains product quality and records; cross-trains on associated equipment; and supports new-employee training. The position is a day/first-shift role Monday through Friday with overtime as needed, requires onsite work, and offers a competitive salary, fully company-paid health, dental, and vision premiums, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) match, and six weeks of paid parental leave.
