UCB is hiring a Biomanufacturing Support Manager for its Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center in Braine-L’Alleud. The role leads process and equipment improvement projects, manages engineers and project teams, resolves complex manufacturing, engineering, automation, and digital-systems issues, conducts root-cause investigations, and supports production and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, bioprocessing, or a related scientific field, strong biomanufacturing and project-management experience, people-management skills, and fluency in English and French. The position follows a hybrid-first approach with 40% of time spent in the office.
