Description
Isomorphic Labs is hiring a Bioanalytical Lead to define and execute bioanalytical strategies across small molecules, biologics, and antibody-drug conjugates from discovery through preclinical development, including non-GLP and GLP environments. The role oversees PK, PD, immunogenicity, and biomarker assays; manages global CROs and complex sample logistics; integrates bioanalytical data with AI and machine learning; and author bioanalytical sections for IND submissions and other regulatory documents. The position requires a Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree with substantial biotech/pharmaceutical experience, expertise in analytical platforms and regulatory guidelines, and strong cross-functional leadership skills. It follows a hybrid model requiring office attendance three days per week.
