Thermo Fisher is hiring a Bioanalytical Program Lead for a client-dedicated role supporting a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical company. The position is remote and home-based in the United Kingdom or Sweden, with a standard Monday-to-Friday office schedule. Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust bioanalytical strategies, supporting experimental design and technology transfer, collaborating with scientists and cross-functional groups, and working with regulatory agencies and health authorities. The role requires a relevant BSc and at least 10 years of bioanalysis experience, including regulated bioanalysis across multiple therapeutic modalities, biomarker and target-engagement strategy, and expertise with molecular, flow cytometry, ELISpot, viral, cytokine, ligand-binding, and mass spectrometry assays.
