AWS is hiring a Biodiversity Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of biodiversity programs across its global data center lifecycle. The role manages environmental risks, compliance, training, performance reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational change, with responsibilities spanning site selection through decommissioning. A bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field is required, while experience in biodiversity program development, global environmental management systems, auditing, site development, and compliance is preferred. The position is available in Austin, Texas; Herndon, Virginia; and Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
