The Helmholtz Institute for Translational AngioCardioScience is hiring a Bioinformatician to support an interdisciplinary vascular-biology research program. The role develops reproducible analysis workflows, analyzes and integrates bulk, single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, epigenomic, and other multi-omics datasets, performs statistical analyses and data visualization, interprets biological results, collaborates with experimental researchers, and contributes to publications and funding proposals. The position requires a PhD or a Master’s degree with relevant experience, strong Python and R skills, Next-Generation Sequencing expertise, statistical knowledge, and excellent English proficiency.
