IHRC Inc. is hiring a Bioinformatician III in Atlanta, Georgia, to support CDC’s Coronavirus and Other Respiratory Viruses Division. The role conducts genomic epidemiologic studies, develops bioinformatics pipelines, performs quality control and analysis of next-generation sequencing data, supports global viral surveillance, and may provide leadership to a bioinformatics team. Candidates need an MS with 10+ years of experience or a PhD with 7–10+ years of experience, along with relevant bioinformatics, programming, database, and phylogenetic analysis skills.
