Description
Amgen India is hiring a full-time Bioinformatics & AI Engineer in Hyderabad to build, evaluate, and deploy deep learning and foundation-model-enabled systems for biomarker discovery, translational research, and clinical development. The role combines bioinformatics, machine learning, and software engineering to develop foundation-model applications, reproducible data and analysis pipelines, agentic workflows, benchmarking strategies, and production services using cloud and GPU infrastructure. The position requires a master’s or PhD in a relevant discipline and at least seven years of hands-on experience building bioinformatics, machine learning, data science, or research software solutions.
