Yahara Software is hiring a full-time Bioinformatics Data Engineer for a hybrid position based in Madison, Wisconsin. The role transforms raw lab, research, and genomics data into clean, analysis-ready datasets; designs data models and repeatable pipelines; applies statistical and exploratory analysis; builds visualizations and quality checks; partners with scientists; and leads technical delivery, mentoring, client communication, and documentation. Candidates need at least six years of experience in data science, data engineering, or software engineering, along with experience handling large messy datasets, statistics, and leading technical work.
