Isomorphic Labs is hiring a Bioinformatics Engineer to build and operate large-scale pipelines that ingest, harmonize, curate, and version-control biological data for machine learning and drug discovery. The role partners with ML Research, Computational Biology, Drug Development, and Chemistry teams, delivers production-grade Python pipelines, supports deployed research projects, and provides documentation and training. Candidates need substantial bioinformatics experience, production Python development experience, and a PhD or MSc in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. The position follows a hybrid model requiring office attendance three days per week.
