The NGS Informatics Specialist will understand customer computational and analytical needs, define informatics and analysis solutions, test and support next-generation sequencing tools, troubleshoot data issues, benchmark pipelines, and educate sales and support teams. The role requires a BS in biology, computer science, or a related field, NGS and genomics data analysis experience, and customer-facing experience. It is based in Milpitas, California, with an expected base pay of $95,600 to $153,000 USD annually plus incentives, and requires at least four days of in-office presence per week.
