Corteva is hiring a Biological Innovation Manager (BIM) in Southern Ontario, Canada, to lead technical leadership, demand generation, and commercial execution for biological products within an assigned territory. The role combines agronomic expertise with business planning, seller coaching, product adoption, market insight, and customer education, while reporting to the Canadian Biologicals Commercial Leader. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with extensive agronomy, crop protection, technical sales, or demand generation experience and the ability to travel extensively. The targeted base salary is $95,000 to $130,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
