RHEACELL is hiring a full-time Biological-Technical Assistant, Medical-Technical Assistant, or GMP Cell Culture Specialist at its Heidelberg site. The role processes human starting material into an innovative medicinal product under GMP conditions in a pharmaceutical cleanroom, performs cell-culture activities such as medium changes, passaging, and fill-and-finish, prepares and aliquots media and reagents, monitors shelf life, and works aseptically. Candidates need relevant vocational training or a science-related bachelor’s degree, practical experience with primary cell cultures, GMP familiarity, German B2/C1 proficiency, and MS Office skills.
