Description
Treeline Biosciences is hiring a Biomarker Lead to own biomarker planning and execution across one to two clinical programs, especially those approaching or in the clinic. The role focuses on developing biomarker plans, qualifying bioassay labs/CROs, managing assay transfer and validation, ensuring data quality and integration, and partnering cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Translational Biology, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Regulatory. The position requires a PhD with postdoctoral training and 4–5 years of industry experience in clinical biomarkers or translational medicine, plus expertise in assay transfer, validation, biomarker platforms, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
