Description
The Biomarker Lead will own biomarker planning and execution across one to two clinical programs, including developing biomarker plans, qualifying bioassay laboratories or CROs, leading assay transfer and validation, overseeing testing quality and compliance, and integrating biomarker data. The role collaborates with clinical development, operations, translational biology, data management, biostatistics, and regulatory teams and may analyze biomarker data to test program hypotheses. It requires a PhD with postdoctoral training in a relevant life science field, 4–5 years of industry experience, and expertise in assay transfer, validation, and qualification; oncology experience is preferred. The position is exempt and offers an anticipated annual base salary of $187,200–$200,000 for candidates working in Watertown.
