Description

The CGM Sensor R&D Engineer will design, develop, and evaluate electrochemical continuous glucose monitoring sensors; conduct structured experiments; apply statistical analysis, design of experiments, Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous-improvement methods; troubleshoot sensor performance; maintain laboratory and quality-system documentation; and contribute to project milestones. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with zero years of relevant experience, and is based in Northbridge, California.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on laboratory experience with electrochemical wearable biosensors, CGM, or related medical device systems
Familiarity with Minitab or JMP for experimental data analysis and visualization
Ability to work independently and within a team-based project environment
Experience with technical documentation, laboratory notebooks, engineering reports, standard operating procedures, and test protocols
Experience working with vendors, material suppliers, and equipment manufacturers
Familiarity with quality system requirements, design controls, and good laboratory practices in a regulated medical device or cGMP environment
Written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present experimental results and analytical findings
