Description
Brainlab is hiring an IGS Application Consultant to provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and operating-room personnel, manage and maintain the installed base, resolve product issues, support complex cases and go-live launches, educate hospital staff on image-guided surgery products, and act as a customer liaison. The role also involves driving customer utilization, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, attending trade shows, and maintaining Salesforce documentation. A bachelor's degree in a biomedical or clinical engineering field or nursing and 1–3 years of technical support experience are required, with healthcare sales experience preferred. The salary range is 70–85k, with medical, dental, life, LTD, STD, and matching 401k benefits.
